Due to the more than 15 years of expertise of our managing director, it was time in 2021 to found WILHELM I. WOHNWERT GmbH in the City West, in the historic Cumberland building on Kurfürstendamm by the sole shareholder/managing director Robert Rahn.
The core business of our work lies in the acquisition of real estate in the entire Berlin city area, with the aim of creating residential and commercial areas where people feel comfortable.
Robert Rahn, who was born in Charlottenburg, knows the market like the back of his hand and quickly recognizes trends and potential. Due to his dynamic and conclusion-oriented manner, he acts where others are still hesitating and thus shows himself to be a reliable and speedy partner.

Robert Rahn
Robert Rahn is the managing partner of WILHELM I. WOHNWERT GmbH and has been working in the real estate industry since 2005.
He successfully completed his degree in real estate and housing management at the OSZ for banks, real estate and insurance companies and in 2012 he attended the real estate business administration course at the bbw.
During his professional career, he worked for a long-established family company in Berlin, where he successfully accompanied a total transaction volume of over EUR 500,000,000.
